The TEN Tenors graciously offered to host a pre-show Master Class with local students, and Enterprise High School’s choral music director, Alissa Aune, was more than happy to accept the opportunity. The Enterprise Starship performance group has been invited to open the Tenors’ Redding Civic show.
“This is an incredible chance for our students to get facetime and guidance from successful singers at the top of their discipline,” Aune says, “and to be able to say they opened for The TEN Tenors is very exciting.”
Redding Civic Auditorium talent buyer, Nathan Parmelee, appreciated The TEN Tenors’ eagerness to partner with the school.
“We bring successful performers to our stage all the time,” Parmelee says, “and when it works to open that door and connect the acts with the community, it’s really rewarding. We hope the students’ families love seeing them on stage, opening for an internationally-touring, gold and platinum-selling act!”
“Their sound, though, is what’s truly sexy. The cluster of high voices generates pure electricity…” – Los Angeles Times
