Mosaic Christmas Dinner

Christmas is just around the corner, and we’d love to serve you and your loved ones here at Mosaic with our first annual “prix fixe” Christmas day dinner! On Tuesday, December 25th from 2pm-7pm, we’ll be serving an elevated four-course gourmet meal priced at $49 for adults and $19 for kids ages 3-12. Each adult meal comes with a complimentary glass of Champagne or an optional $18 wine pairing.

Course one:

Wild mushroom soup: fried parsnip | focaccia | mushroom confit

Citrus salad: Mosaic micro mix | wild mushrooms | shaved hazelnuts | blood orange vinaigrette

Smoked tomato soup: confit tomato | crema | roasted pepitas

Beet salad: honey & ginger beets | goat cheese mousse | watercress | orange | pomegranate

horseradish chive vinaigrette

Course two:

Dungeness crab cake: almond romesco | micro greens | quail egg | citrus aioli

Brussel sprouts: roasted morels | mornay | balsamic shallot | parsnip chip

Course three:

Black garlic beef tenderloin: Fromage blanc & chive potato cake | mushroom duxelles | cranberry orange sauce

Game hen: orange and herb stuffed | cranberry glaze | pomegranate | sous vide heirloom carrots | roasted fingerlings

Ratatouille: squash, zucchini | eggplant | tomato | roasted pepper sauce | balsamic vinaigrette | red arrow radish

Short ribs: root vegetables | parsnip puree | swiss chard | port reduction | fried carrot

Course four:

Sweet potato pie: coconut caramel | shattered hazelnuts | vanilla bean chantilly

Candy cane: buttermilk pannacotta | candy cane marshmallow | raspberry | white chocolate meringue
